"Bax Car" Ltd., and subsequently "Bax Trade" Ltd. - Varna, are mainly engaged in the sale of new and used vehicles, warranty and out-of-warranty service, dealing with original spare parts and consumables for light and heavy-duty vehicles, and further trading with garage and service equipment.

The company "BAX CAR" - OOD was established in 1992 and began its activity as a dealer and official importer of FIAT vehicles for Bulgaria. On March 8, 1992, "BAX CAR" - OOD opened the first specialized car showroom in Varna. For the period 1992 - 1998, we sold over 650 new FIAT, Lancia, and Alfa Romeo vehicles. In 1993, we were one of the first companies that offered the sale of leased cars in Varna, Bulgaria.

In 1994, we started our business contacts with IVECO S.p.A. In the same year, we realized the first sales of trucks from the IVECO Daily range. We established "BAX TRADE" - OOD in 1995. in order to specialize in IVECO truck sales and leasing. In 1995, we signed our direct dealer contract with IVECO S.p.A. We offered the full IVECO range, a variety of upgrades and trailers, warranty and out-of-warranty service, 1 to 5-year leases, customer buybacks, service, and other types of service.

Since 1992, in parallel with the sale of cars, we have been developing the supply of spare parts.

We offer original parts for FIAT, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Iveco, ASTRA, New Holland, CASE, CNH, OPEL, Peugeot, Mercedes, AUDI, VW, and other brands on demand. We also sell branded alternative spare parts from Italian, German, etc. manufacturers such as: Tecnocar, Comline, Sofima, Kolbenschmidt, Auger - filters for cars, trucks, and tractors, Dayco - belts, Errevi, Emmerre, Fast, InCar - Italian parts for cars and trucks and more than 20 manufacturers of spare parts and accessories for Motor vehicle. We have a wide range of the most sought-after spare parts in stock. We also supply custom parts from wholesale warehouses in Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, etc. We offer 1 to 2 days of express delivery by air at competitive prices.

Since 1993, "BAX CAR" - OOD opened a company service. In it, we mainly repaired FIAT, LANCIA, ALFA ROMEO cars, IVECO, Astra, MAN, M.B., SCANIA, etc. trucks, as well as trailers and semi-trailers. Since 2014 we stopped the service activity.

Since 1997, "BAX TRADE" - Ltd. has been offering oils and lubricants produced by FIAT Lubrificanti, and in 1999 a direct contract was signed for the official distribution of FIAT Lubrificanti products / (FL Selenia).

In 2004, we signed a preliminary partnership agreement with BOSCH.

From 05.2006 until 2008 we were an authorized dealer with exclusive rights for the region of LandWind China. We offered jeeps and spare parts for this brand.

Since August 2006, we have been an authorized dealer for ASTRA Italy heavy-duty trucks.

We offer original and alternative spare parts for FIAT, LANCIA, ALFA ROMEO, IVECO, Astra, New Holland, CNH, MAN, Mercedes Benz, RVI, Cummins, and Deutz. We supply complete passenger car, truck, and stationary engines for FIAT, Iveco, New Holland, AIFO, Peugeot, Mercedes, Cummins, Deutz, and more. We offer delivery of parts for Peugeot, Citroen, OPEL, etc. brands of cars, trucks, and trailers. We import wholesale and retail spare parts from Errevi, Emmerre, Fast, Auger, Knorr&Bremse, Wabco, Bosch.

About us
